Hi, again Desmond, Even the photo-grade papers have different thicknesses, so we suggest using regular or coated (enamel) paper within the mentioned thickness range. (Photo paper is also a kind of coated paper) Because mostly, the photo papers are thicker than this range. (Ex. .008 for most used photo papers)

Hi Desmond, You can use regular A4 paper; no need to use a special one. However, the thickness of the paper is critical if you want to use a special one. We recommend not to use a thick one as it may cause jamming. The prime range is a thickness of . 005 - . 006. Hope it helps, Mila with Nice2Have
